I’m a mom to a new teenager and a seasoned overnight postpartum doula. I’ve been supporting families in the childcare capacity for over two decades and seven years as a postpartum doula. I offer gentle, experienced postpartum support to help families rest, recover, and confidently adjust to life with a new baby, providing calm guidance and practical care during the early weeks at home. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and pets. I enjoy camping, live music, comedy shows, movies, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with friends. Other hobbies and interests include: hiking, music, health and wellness education, spending time with family and friends!
